Which core systems does insured.io integrate with?
We're already integrated with many major policy management systems. Mainframe systems connect via daily flat-file delivery, and new systems are added all the time. We integrate to your environment, not the other way around.
How long does a typical implementation take?
Most carriers can go live in 90 days. Additional channels and lines of business can be added on without re-implementing.
Can we white-label the platform?
Yes. Every channel (portal, IVR, SMS, email) is themed to your brand, including domain, voice, and outbound numbers.
How do payments work? Do I have to change my payment processor?
insured.io is PCI DSS Level 1 and can either integrate with your existing payment processor, or help you find and configure a new one.
How is the platform priced?
